Thank you for purchasing your Lilia Hand Casting Kit! We strive to process and ship all orders promptly so you can begin creating your precious memories as soon as possible.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

5. Damages

• Lilia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
